Join us in Barcelona for five inspiring days dedicated to deepening your yoga practice, expanding your knowledge, and reconnecting with the joy of yoga.
This newly revised training brings together the many dimensions of yoga through daily pranayama, kirtan, asana, philosophy, and meditation, alongside special workshops exploring handstands, advanced postures, yoga nidra, mantra, Vedic ceremony, Thai massage, and more.
Each day offers something unique, creating a rich and playful journey of learning, self-discovery, and connection.
